Welcome! I am Chef Kwabena "Biko" Ferdnance but most people call me Chef Biko. I received my culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu and have since worked as a chef manager at a five-star restaurant. As a chef and gardener, my philosophy for cooking is to use fresh ingredients and products, which provides my clients the delicious farm-to-table culinary experience.
